Shipping, packaging & returns

Every order ships within 2–4 business days straight from the Long Valley studio, since most pieces are made or finished right before they go out the door.

Standard shipping within the country typically arrives in 5–8 business days after dispatch. Original art and larger panels ship separately and may take a little longer due to careful crating.

You'll get a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves the studio, including tracking so you can watch it travel.

We pack in plain kraft paper, shredded offcuts from our own studio, and paper tape — no plastic film, no foam peanuts, nothing you'll feel guilty putting in the recycling.

Soaps and candles are wrapped individually so scents don't mix in transit. Original canvases and framed pieces are boxed with corner guards and rigid backing.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, keep the box and photos and reach out right away — we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Unused, unopened supplies and unworn goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Just get in touch first so we can send you back-to-studio instructions.

Because soaps and candles are made in small batches, opened or used personal-care items can't be returned for hygiene reasons — we're happy to help troubleshoot instead.

Original artwork and one-of-a-kind panels are final sale, since each is unique and can't be restocked — but if a piece arrives damaged, we will always make it right.

Custom or commissioned work is confirmed with you at every stage before it ships, so returns aren't accepted on commissions once approved and completed.
